Jackson Matthew Curtis

Well he is finally here, Jackson Matthew Curtis. He was born Monday, December 22. He weighed 8lbs 5oz (which we were all shocked at) and he was 20 inches. He is a pretty good baby so far (as long as we can get him to go to sleep at night)  We were able to bring him home Christmas Eve.

This is his Santa outfit that we brought him home in.
Kaylissa was so unsure of him at first. I asked her if she wanted to hold her and she kept saying, no, I'll hold  him when we get home. She finally warmed up to him and wanted to hold him. She is pretty proud of being a big sister. She wants to hold him ALL the time. It's pretty sweet.
Sidney was also unsure of him, but was willing to hold him anyway. I love her face in this picture. So far she has only thrown him once, luckily it was only to kaylissa and they were on the couch and grandma was right there to save him.

Pumpkin Blow

We went up to Idaho a while ago to see a big pile of pumpkins be blown up. I guess this is something that they do every year. It's at our friends parents' house Mike and Jessie. It was a lot of fun. This year I think they used 75 sticks of dynamite (correct me if I'm wrong). It was a long drive and a really fast explosion, but we had a lot of fun. The girls did really good on the drive also. Thanks Mike and Jessie for inviting us.

Kaylissa and Sidney with Jennifer Brooks (they love her!!!)
Yeah, I'm the prom queen with the proud football prom king!

It's Autumn Time

We went to the park one day while my sister was at a doctors appt.
They loved playing in the leaves.

I love this picture of my nephew William.

Papa

My dad is so cute with his grandkids, he loves to play with them and is always willing to drop what he's doing to do so!

Bella

I thought I would put up a slide show of Bella from when she was just little to now. She is 8 months old now, and still growing. Spencer keeps saying we need her to start smoking so it will stunt her growth, but I think it's a little late for that now.

BYU Game

We have season tickets to BYU football, I think this is our 3rd season and we love it. The game was pretty cold, but not as cold as they expected. It's a lot of fun. We really enjoy going.

Picnic

I watched my nieces and nephews one day while my bro and sis-in-law went to a funeral, I think we had a total of 6 kids for the day. The kids did awesome! We had a pizza picnic outside, I'm so glad that we live so close and that the cousins are such good friends.

Kaylissa kept trying to kiss Collin
I love it!

Halloween Treats

One night we decided we were going to make some halloween treats. The girls loved it, it was a lot of fun to just let them do it and make a total mess! I love Halloween so much, I'm getting really excited for it. I have been making lots of treats lately.

Sidney showing us her smile.
After she realized what she was using was chocolate, she wouldn't stop eating her treats.
Again, with the competing of making funny faces.

Conference Weekend

For Conference weekend we went up to Midway to my bro-in-laws cabin. We had a lot of fun. We go to ride on the 4-wheelers ( don't tell my doctor). The girls loved riding them, thanks Uncle James for letting us go.

Trying to keep Sidney warm on the ride. It was soooo cold
I loved this old truck that was up there.

Cabin Pictures

We got Melissa to ride a 4 wheeler, I think she really had a good time
My cousin Ian, and yes that is a lovely hat with a bow!
My cute little nephew William and sister Stacey
My sister also got my mom to go for a ride also.
I thought it was really pretty up there.

Viewers Like You

A couple of weeks ago, some of our friends have a band and I thought it would be a nice break and drive up and see them perform. It was up in Logan, so we went up for a couple of hours. (We drove back at about 2:00 am) It was a lot of fun though. They play Ska music, and they did a really good job.

Devin on the left and Jer on the right.
Spencer rockin out to the music. ( He was really making fun of some other kids that could not dance, it was really funny.)
This is Fatheads "I'm proud face". He played an amazing drum solo! (And he was very proud).
The Boys after the concert.
Logan Temple, I love it!
